Presidential Leadership Awardee, the Her Excellency Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo Leadership Award Outstanding Student, PUP College of Engineering Top 60 Youth Leaders of the World, International Youth Dialogue 2004, Lubeck, Germany Youngest International Journalist, XV International AIDS Conference, Bangkok, Thailand National Leadership Achievement Medalist of the 40th National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute 2002 Catholic Mass Media Awards Finalist for Best Student Organ Philippine National Police Leadership Award Best Debater Award, Polytechnic University of the Philippines College of Engineering PanitiKabataan 2004 reset, fellows chosen The PanitiKabataan 2004, the first ever Student Conference on Philippine Literature, has been moved to July 2, 2004. It will be held at the Claro M. Recto Hall, Bulwagang Rizal at the UP Diliman from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The keynote speaker will be none less than National Artist for Literature Virgilio S. Almario, also the current Dean of the College of Arts and Letters.
PanitiKabataan is a groundbreaking effort to bring together college students to encourage literary criticism of Philippine works and authors. Established critics will moderate the fellows papers and provide further guidance in improving their craft.

Lloyd Luna was known to be student of vision and perseverance. During his College days, he actively participated in the programs and projects of the academe that created a venue for teaching-learning experience in the Polytechnic Unviersity of the Philippines. Lloyd Luna is both a born and made youth leader. From his school days up to date, he continues to influence countless of people of different walks of life and touch their hearts in one way or the other. Fueled by idealism an compassion, Lloyd Luna is a known debater in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines where his finished his engineering degree.
