It will be held at the Claro M. Recto Hall, Bulwagang Rizal at the UP Diliman from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The keynote speaker will be none less than National Artist for Literature Virgilio S. Almario, also the current Dean of the College of Arts and Letters.
PanitiKabataan is a groundbreaking effort to bring together college students to encourage literary criticism of Philippine works and authors. Established critics will moderate the fellows papers and provide further guidance in improving their craft.

Lloyd Luna was known to be student of vision and perseverance. During his College days, he actively participated in the programs and projects of the academe that created a venue for teaching-learning experience in the Polytechnic Unviersity of the Philippines.
